Ich suche für mein 1-Zimmer Apartment (die Wohnung ist nur für 1 Person geeignet) eine/n Zwischenmieter/in. Auch ein Einzug zum 1. Juni ist möglich. Ich werde zum 31. August kündigen und somit kann beim Vermieter angefragt werden, die Wohnung dann als neuer Hauptmieter zu übernehmen.
- Die Wohnung ist aktuell voll möbliert (140x200 Bett, großer Schreibtisch...).
- Es gibt eine kleine Kochecke mit zwei Herdplatten, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Leider keinen Backofen!
- Es befindet sich aktuell keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung oder im Keller! Waschsalon ist 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Waschmaschinenanschluss ist aber auch im Bad vorhanden.
- Der große Balkon ist im Sommer super praktisch; von dort aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick ins Grüne über den Kapellplatz.

I am looking for a subtenant for my 1-room flat (the flat is only suitable for 1 person). It is also possible to move in on 1 June. I will terminate my contract on 31 August, so you can ask the landlord to take over the flat as the new main tenant.
- The flat is currently fully furnished (140x200 bed, large desk...).
- There is a small kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Unfortunately no oven!
- There is currently no washing machine in the flat or in the basement! Laundromat is 10-15 minutes walk away. However, a washing machine connection is also available in the bathroom.
- The large balcony is super nice in summer; from there you have a wonderful view into the greenery over the 'Kapellplatz'.

Die Lage ist super zentral.
- Haltestelle Schulstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe (Linien K, 3, 9 ,2)
- Haltestellen Roßdörfer Platz (Linie KU) und Jugendstilbad (Regionalbusse) in 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
- zum Campus Stadtmitte kann man ohne Probleme laufen (10-15 Minuten)
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Aldi, Netto) ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen.
- in 3 Minuten ist man in der Schulstraße und damit in der Innenstadt
Auch Schlossgrabenfest und Heinerfest, die hoffentlich ab nächstem Jahr wieder stattfinden, sind praktisch direkt vor der Tür!

- Bus stop Schulstraße in the immediate vicinity (lines K, 3, 9 ,2).
- Roßdörfer Platz bus stop (KU line) and Jugendstilbad bus stop (regional buses) within a 5-minute walk.
- Campus Stadtmitte is within easy walking distance (10-15 minutes).
- Shopping facilities (REWE, Aldi, Netto) also within walking distance.
- It takes only 3 minutes to get to Schulstraße and the city centre.
The Schlossgrabenfest and Heinerfest, which will hopefully take place again next year, are practically right on the doorstep!

- 27,99€ für Internet&Telefon (100 Mbit/s)
- 17,50€ Rundfunkbeitrag (GEZ/Rundfunkbeitrag); aktuell gibt es keinen Kabelvertrag für Fernsehen, dies ist aber natürlich über Internet möglich
und für Strom:
- 27€ aktueller monatlicher Abschlag
- 7,42€ Grundpreis pro Monat
Bei Interesse oder wenn ihr Fragen habt, schreibt mir einfach eine Nachricht über WG-gesucht!
Schreibt bitte kurz etwas über eure aktuelle Situation und wie ihr plant, die Wohnung zu finanzieren, da dies vom Vermieter gefordert ist. Ich antworte zunächst nur über WG-gesucht und nicht über WhatsApp etc. :)
