Hallo zusammen,
ich wohne seit September letzten Jahres in Darmstadt und suche ab 1. Mai 2019 einen Nachmieter im Studentenwohnheim "The Fizz". Es geht also nur mit Studiennachweis. Gemietet wird dann direkt über "The Fizz" (ich muss allerdings selbst einen Nachmieter finden, da ich vor/nach Semesterbeginn ausziehen möchte). Die Bilder sind von der Website, wo ihr auch noch weitere interessante Infos finden könnt:

Persönliche Bilder vom Zimmer könnt ihr gerne per E-Mail anfragen, falls es nötig ist, aber die Einrichtung ist tatsächlich so wie auf den Fotos =).
Warmmiete = Kaltmiete = 657 € (Energie- und Heitkosten werden nicht gesondert abgerechnet).
Es gibt verschiedene nette Veranstaltungen um Menschen kennenzulernen (falls man das möchte) und außerdem könnte ich für Neuankömmlinge noch einige Dinge da lasses (Pfanne, Töpfer, ...) für einen kleinen Abschlag.

I am living in Darmstadt since September last year and I am looking for a new tenant in the student residence "The Fizz" from 1 May 2019. You will directly rent through "The Fizz" (but I have to find a new tenant as I want to move out before the beginning of the new semester). Personal pictures of the room can be requested by e-mail, if necessary, but it actually looks as modern as on the photos =).
The rent of 650€ includes all heating and energy costs (so this is what you pay in total).
In "The Fizz", there are several nice events to get to know people (if you like to) and I could also give some things to newcomers, which I bought for this apartment (pan, potter, ...).
