Weil ich mit Freunden zusammenziehen möchte, suche ich jetzt einen Nachmieter für mein schönes Apartment.
Das Elementum ist ein privates Wohnheim. Es hat ganz schön viel zu bieten. Du kannst ins Gym, es gibt neuerdings einen wunderschönen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Billiardtisch und Küche, eine Dachterasse und vieles mehr. Und das ist alles schon in der Miete mit inbegriffen.
Auf den Bildern kannst Du sehen, dass das Apartment sehr viel Licht reinlässt und somit eine tolle Atmosphäre zum Lernen, Kochen etc. bietet.
Auch die Location ist super. Wenn du an die HDA gehen solltest, ist diese direkt vor deiner Haustür. Aber auch die TU ist sehr nah. Die Straßenbahn- und Busstation vor der Tür besitzt so ziemlich jede Linie. Du bist also vollkommen flexibel und kommst von hier fast überall hin.
Auch wichtig: trotz Stadtverkehrs ist es ziemlich leise und angenehm (grün, Bäume...)
