Ich suche einen Nachmieter/Untermieter für mein modern gestaltetes Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim "The Fizz" in Darmstadt. Das Zimmer ist für eine Person und bietet alles, was man braucht: 1 Küchennische mit Spüle, Herd, Kühlschrank inkl. Gefriereinrichtung und Mikrowelle inkl. Backofenfunktion, ein 120cm Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, einen TV-Unterschrank, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, einen kleinen Tisch und einen Hocker. Darüber hinaus hast du ein eigenes angeschlossenes Bad mit Toilette, Waschbecken, Spiegel, Dusche und Lüftung. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine breite Fensterfront mit Blick ins Grüne.
Die angegebene Miete enthält die Kaltmiete, eine Abgabe für die Benutzung der Möbel, Heizkosten, Stromkosten und Internetkosten für eine 100 Mbit/s Leitung.

Das Fizz liegt direkt neben der HDA und ist vom Bahnhof aus fußläufig erreichbar. Die nächste Station ist "Berliner Allee", du kannst aber auch gut in die Stadt und zur Uni laufen. Der Rewe ist gut zu erreichen und auch sonst findest du in der Innenstadt alles für den täglichen Bedarf.

Das Fizz bietet dir darüber hinaus verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten. Du kannst die Waschmaschinen benutzen, dir Staubsauger und Bügelbrett ausleihen, Pakete vom Empfangstresen annehmen lassen. Außerdem stehen im Keller mehrere Lernräume, eine große Gemeinschaftsküche und ein Klavier zur Verfügung. Dazu kannst du dir, falls Freunde zu Besuch kommen, ein Zustellbett sowie eine Paystation ausleihen und die Sonne auf der Dachterrasse genießen.

Da das Fizz ein Studentenwohnheim ist, müsste mein Nachmieter entweder eingeschriebener Student, Azubi oder Praktikant sein und einen entsprechenden Nachweis erbringen. Alternativ müsste ein Untermietvertrag aufgesetzt werden. In diesem Fall müsstest du jedoch zumindest in die Altersstruktur keines Wohnheims passen.

Wir können die Übergabe auch gern schon vor dem 1.10. machen, da ich das Zimmer ab sofort nicht mehr benötige.

I am looking for a new tenant/subtenant for my modern designed room in the dormitory "The Fizz" in Darmstadt. The room is for one person and offers everything you need: 1 kitchen niche with sink, stove, refrigerator incl. freezer and microwave incl. oven function, a 120cm bed, a wardrobe, a TV base unit, a desk with chair, a small table and a stool. You also have your own connected bathroom with toilet, sink, mirror, shower and ventilation. The room has a wide window front with a view of the greenery.
The indicated rent includes the cold rent, a levy for the use of the furniture, heating costs, electricity costs and internet costs for a 100 Mbit/s line.

The Fizz is located right next to the HDA and is within walking distance of the main station. The next station is "Berliner Allee", but you can also walk to the city and the university. A supermarket is easy to reach and you will find everything for your daily needs in the city centre.

The Fizz also offers you various amenities. You can use the washing machines, borrow a vacuum cleaner and ironing board, and have packages accepted by the reception desk. There are also several study rooms, a large communal kitchen and a piano in the basement. Furthermore, you can borrow an extra bed and a PlayStation if friends come to visit and enjoy the sun on the roof terrace.

Since the Fizz is a student residence, my next tenant would have to be either a registered student, trainee or intern and provide proof of this. Alternatively, a subtenancy agreement would have to be drawn up. In this case, however, you would at least have to fit into the age structure of no student hall of residence.

We can also do the handover before 1.10., as I don't need the room anymore from now on.
