Zum 23.11.2020 kann die Wohnung, die im zweiten OG liegt, bezogen werden. Das Apartment besteht aus einem attraktiven Zimmer (4,13 m x 3,23 m), in welchem eine Schrankküche ist.
Das Bad (1,8 m x 1,8 m) ist mit einem Handtuchwärmer und einer Duschkabine ausgestattet.
Dazwischen ist noch ein Flur (2,0m x 1,2 m).
Strom kommt noch dazu, ich zahle um die 30 EUR dafür.
Waschmaschinenanschluss und Kellerabteil sind nicht verfügbar, also am besten für Wochenendheimfahrer.
Ich ziehe in der LETZTEN NOVEMBERWOCHE aus, danach ist die Wohnung frei. Wir müssten uns da nur auf einen Termin einigen.
Wenn Sie mich anschreiben willigen Sie ein, dass Ich Ihre Daten an den Vermieter weiterleite, dieser sucht sich den Nachmieter aus!!
Die Wohnung liegt in der Erbacher Straße in der nähe des Schlosses/TU/Woog im Martinsviertel. Sind alle jeweils in 5 min. erreichbar. Damit ist auch Herrngarten und LUisenplatz nur einen kleinen Katzensprung von der Wohnung entfernt.
