Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und sehr modern ausgestattet. Sie ist vollmöblierte mit Bett mit Matratze (200 cm * 120 cm), Schreibtisch mit Drehstuhl, Esstisch mit Stuhl, TV-Bank, Kleiderschrank, Vorhänge, eigener Küchenzeile (inkl. induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank) und eigenem Badezimmer. In der Miete sind sämtliche Kosten mit eingerechnet (Strom-, Heiz- und Wasserkosten und Internet zum monatlichen Pauschalpreis), es fällt nichts weiter an. Es gibt zudem eine Dachterrasse, einen Gemeinschaftsraum, Waschküche (Waschmaschine und Trockner) und eine große Lobby mit Projektor und Leinwand. Die Wohnung ist auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet.
The apartment is new and modern. It is furnished with a bed with mattress (200 cm * 120 cm), desk with swivel chair, dining table with chair, TV bench, wardrobe, curtains, own kitchenette (including induction stoves, microwave, and refrigerator), and own bathroom. All costs are included in the rent (electricity, heating, warm and cold water, and internet), nothing else is charged. There is also a roof terrace, a common room, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer), and a large lobby with a projector and screen. The apartment is also suitable for wheelchair users.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. In der Nähe befinden sich sämtliche Geschäfte (Rewe, Aldi, dm, Post, usw.). Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist in nur 10 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen. Die Tramhaltestelle ist ebenfalls in ca. 5 Minten zu erreichen. Die Hochschule Darmstadt liegt direkt gegenüber des Wohnhauses. Die Innenstadt ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zwei buslinien kann nach Campus Stadtmitte der TU fahren. Den Campus Lichtwiese kann man auch innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zudem eine schöne Parkanlage, Fitnesstudios usw.

Vor Ort gibt es Ansprechpartner, die euch zu vorgegebenen Öffnungszeiten gerne weiterhelfen. Während der Öffnungszeiten sind Paketannahme und kostenloser Verleih von Haushaltsgeräten (Staubsauger, Bügeleisen etc.) möglich. Die Mietdauer beträgt mindestens 3 Monate. Die genauen Start- und Enddaten können jedoch flexibel sein. Die Wohnung kann nur an einer Person vermietet werden.
