Ab dem 1.10 suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine gemütliche Wohnung.
Ich übergebe die Wohnung unmöbliet; nur die Küchenmöbel und die Waschmaschine bleiben drin, für die ich einen Abschlag von 350€ nehmen würde.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Keller und ein Hof, in dem man gut Fahrränder oder Autos parken kann. Strom und Gasverträge müssen separat mit Anbietern abgeschlossen werden.
