Das Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken mit WC wirkt durch die moderne Gestaltung recht geräumig. Die Pantryküche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, Induktionskochfelder und eine Spüle.
Außerdem gibt es zwei Lernräume und einen Gemeinschaftsraum in dem Gebäude.
Insgesamt kostet die Wohnung 660 € monatlich. Darin sind alle Nebenkosten sowie die Möbelmiete enthalten.

I am looking for a new tenant for my approximately 23 sqm, fully furnished single apartment with bed including mattress, desk and chair, shelves, wardrobe, mirror, lighting and wardrobe. The bathroom with shower, sink with toilet looks quite spacious due to the modern design. The pantry has a fridge, microwave, induction hobs and a sink.
In addition, there are two study rooms and a common room in the building.
Overall, the apartment costs 660 € per month. This includes all utilities and furniture rental.
Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, mit guten Anbindungen an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Hochschule befindet sich direkt gegenüber, der Hauptbahnhof und auch die Innenstadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein REWE ist fünf Minuten zu Fußentfernt.

It is very centrally located, with good links to public transport. The Hochschule is located directly opposite, the main train station and the city center are within walking distance. A REWE is five minutes away on foot.
Der Mietvertrag kann problemlos semesterweise verlängert werden, wenn ihr hier länger wohnen bleiben wollt.
