Hi there,
I am going to be away for 6 months and would like to sublet my cozy apartment!
It is located very center with a comfortable size of 30 m2. The building is modern with large elavtor as well as huge parking lot underground. The apartment locates in 3rd floor, which offers a great view of the city.
For the layout, it has separate kitchen and bathroom. On top of that, the balcony is huge! The kitchen is simple but has everything basic: stove, refrigerator, sink… ( no dish washer & microwave & oven unfortunately ).
A highlight of the room is the lighting! A huge window provides sufficient daylight and the auto-control shades makes it super convenient to turn the room dark.
The major room is sufficient to set different functional areas including sofa area, working area and of course sleeping area. How to layout the room depends on your personal preference but the space could provide many possibilities!
3-min walking the tram station: neckar/rhein strassse
5-min walking distance to Luisenplatz
1-min walking to gym Fitness First ( basically the sane building)
5-min walking to all kinds of supermarkets such as Rewe, allnature, aldi, DM,Rossmann…
5-min to the park nearby( perfect for a walk or jogging)
All restaurants and cafe are in walking distance.
Furniture:
I will keep my most furnitures for the 6 months in the apartment such as the bed, sofa, tables, chairs, closets… the details can be discussed. To secure the condition of use during the 6 months, a deposit is requested.
Internet:
A fast internet from vodafone is available. The fee is included in the rent.
ARD broadcasting fee:
NOT Included. The details can be discussed depend on where you register your address.
