Ich suche einen Nachmieter für ein 1-Zimmer-Appartement in Darmstadt-Eberstadt (Haltestelle: „Frankenstein“). Einzug sofort möglich, oder spätestens zum 1.12.2013.
Miete ist warm 420 Eur (320 kalt + 100 NK; plus ca. 15 Eur Stromkosten), Größe ist 34m², inklusive Tiefgaragenstellplatz (kann für ca. 30-35 Eur/Monat vermietet werden) und Kellerplatz. Waschmaschinen und Trockner befinden sich im Keller (Münzen für je 1,50 Eur erhältlich).
DSL-Anschluss von Unitymedia ist vorhanden.
Ich bevorzuge Mieter, die meine Möbel übernehmen:
Bett 140x200 (inkl. Lattenrost und Matratze): 100 Eur VHB
Kleiderschrank: 70 Eur VHB
Bücherregal: 40 Eur VHB
Tisch: 40 Eur VHB
(Könnt ihr ja auch alles selbst wieder verkaufen.)

Fahrt zur Uni/Stadtzentrum: 21 Minuten
Lage ist super ruhig, Edeka/Aldi direkt nebenan, Straßenbahnhaltestelle 3-4 Gehminuten, Wald in 2-3 Gehminuten erreichbar.
