Ein eigener Parkplatz ist ebenfalls in der Miete enthalten. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Eberstadt Kirche" läuft man 5-6 min.
Von dort aus kann man mit der Linie 1 direkt zum Hauptbahnhof in Darmstadt fahren. Mit den Linien 6,7 und 8 ist man schnell in der Innenstadt und an der Uni.
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort bezugsfrei.
In dem Haus ist auch noch eine weitere Wohnung im 1. OG bezugsfrei ab dem 15.04.2016.
