I am looking for a friendly Nachmieter/in for my one-room apartment in Eberstadt. :)
The rent is 345 Euro (including internet 15 Euro which I want someone to take over my 1+1 contract) per month.
For water and heater included, but not electric fee.
I also want the Nachmieter/in to take over my furniture: bed, washing machine, vacuum machine, some plates, pots,hangers and so on for 300 Euro (open for negotiation.)

Traffic: The nearest tram stop is Modaubrücke (5-minute walk from the room) with tram 1,6,7,8
You can reach city center for around 20 minutes and the trams drive every 10-15 minutes on weekdays.
There is a REWE nearby, you can also walk 15 minute for ALDI
There are also washing salon, bakery, meat booth nearby.
