Aufgrund eines Auslandssemesters möchte ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für den Zeitraum Mitte/Ende August bis Ende Februar zwischenvermieten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist insgesamt ca. 28qm groß. Sie besitzt ein Bad mit Dusche, eine kleine separate Küche und einen kleinen Balkon.
Das Zimmer soll möbliert vermietet werden:
-Bett + Matratze (140x200)
-Schreibtisch + Stuhl

-Kleiderschränke
-Kühlschrank
-Herd mit Backofen
-Spüle
-Mikrowelle
-Küchenschrank
-Geschirr
Die Wohnung liegt am Rhönring, am Rand des Martinsviertels.
Supermärkte Aldi, Rewe sind in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle (L Bus), Sparkasse und zwei Bäcker sind direkt um die Ecke. Zur TU Stadtmitte sind es ca 5-10min zu Fuß. In der Innenstadt ist man in 10-15 min.
Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, jedoch gibt es für TU-Studenten die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschinen im nahegelegenen Studentenwohnheim Karlshof zu nutzen.
