This is a one-bedroom flat for rent in an apartment building in a quiet location in Roßdorf (near Darmstadt). We are looking for a student or an employee of the TU Darmstadt as a tenant.
The flat includes a four-square-metre storage room with a washing machine and a parking pitch.The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with crockery. The apartment will have internet and is completely new furnished (vacuum cleaner, table and chairs, sofa, bed with one pillow and one blanket, shelves, two chests of drawers, two carpets, three towels etc.)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines Mehrfamilienhauses. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich ein Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle (zwei Minuten zu Fuß). Mit dem Bus ist man in 13 Minuten in der Darmstädter Innenstadt und mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten an der Universität (Lichtwiese).
The appartment is located in the basement of a residential building. Very close to the apartment you can find a supermarket and a bus station (two minutes of walking). It takes 13 minutes by bus to reach Darmstadt city centre and 15 minutes by bike to reach university (Lichtwiese).
Der Mietvertrag ist auf 6 bzw. 12 Monate befristet, kann aber eventuell verlängert werden.
The lease is limited to 6 or 12 months, but can possibly be extended.
