I am a journalist newly arrived in Darmstadt, I will be staying for a while to do my paperwork and take German language classes. I am looking for a flat to rent which is available now, and for a minimum of 3 months. I can pay the whole sum in advance if required. I would need the apartment to be as close to Darmstadt center as possible, or at least close to public transport. I need it to be furnished. I do not smoke, or have any pets.
