One Postdoc is looking for an apartment (with a kitchen)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Postdoc in TU Darmstadt (at the campus of Lichtwiese), I am looking for an apartment (with a kitchen), which is best starting from Nov. 1st, 2015 (currently I am living in the guest house of the university and I can only live there one year, until Oct. 31st, 2015).

As a Postdoc, I have a formal contract with TU Darmstadt and I have stable salaries, so there is absolutely no problem that I can pay the rent on time each month. Actually, I am busy and in most of the time I will stay in my office and my Lab even sometimes in the weekend. Before arrived in Germany, I stayed in Paris as a Postdoc almost 2 years, I had experiences of renting/sharing apartments with others and I can get along with people pretty well.
I am a non-smoker and I do not have any bad habit.

If the apartment is proper for me, I will consider to rent and sign contract with you at least one year I think. I speak English, I prefer if you can write emails to me.
