Looking for 1.5 room apartment in Darmstadt area

Hello,
My name is Ervina, I am 30 years old and I come from Albania.
At the moment, I am doing a PhD in Computer Science at TUD.
I can speak the following languages: Albanian, English, German, Italian and Spanish.
I don't smoke and I don't have any pets.

I am looking for a 1.5 or 2 rooms apartment in Darmstadt area, up to 20 km distance from Darmstadt center.
I need the apartment to include a build in kitchen and to be in an upper floor, starting from the 2nd floor and above.
Preferably but not required, is a furnished apartment, with a washing machine and a storage room.
My plans of moving in is from 1st of September 2017, negotiable if earlier moving in is required.
My budget for the rent is max. 500 euros (Warmmiete - all included).

I am a quiet person, don't organize parties in the apartment, and respect the neighbors.
