Mein Mitbewohner möchte sich mehr in Richtung Darmstadt City umorientieren und sucht deshalb eine Wohnung. Er hat seine Miete bei mir immer pünktlich bezahlt, ist reinlich und pflegt einen freundlichen Umgangston. Er hat weder Haustiere und ist kommunikativ und unkompliziert. Ich kann ihn zumindest wärmstens empfehlen.
