1 Room Apartment needed

My name is Omar. I am from Cairo, Egypt. I am 24 years old. I am a Master student in an Erasmus Munuds European Master Program called FAME+. I have just finished my 1st year of the program in Grenoble, France and for the 2nd year, I am moving to Darmstadt, Germany to continue my masters at TU Darmstadt. I will be moving at early September. I am an organized, clean, down to the earth and helpful person. I don't smoke, don't own pets and not into house parties. I need a 1-room apartment for my studies in Darmstadt, preferably near the city center or the lichtwiese campus in Darmstadt for a rent of maximum 530 euros per month.
