My name is Mrityunjay and I am working as a postdoctoral employee at TU Darmstadt. I am very interested to rent your apartment from the 1st of March 2022. My plan is to rent the apartment for 1 year. My net salary is ~2500 euro. I am living alone, nonsmoking, no pets, no drinking, and will use your apartment just for stay purposes.
