Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt und sind in 2 Gehminuten vom Haus aus zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer vermiete ich für 240€ Gesamtmietpreis für die Zeitdauer.
Alle Möbel lasse ich natürlich für die Dauer in der Wohnung.
Eine Kaution verlange ich ungerne, deshalb würde mich freuen euch das Zimmer persönlich zu zeigen und auch um die Zeit zu nutzen formelle Dinge zu besprechen.
