Weil ich die nächsten Monate nicht in Deutschland sein werde, habe ich eine lauschige Souterrain-Wohnung in Groß-Barop zwischen zu vermieten. Sie hat ein Wohn- und Schlafzimmer (ca.17qm), eine kleine Küche (1,7qm) und ein Bad (2,6qm) mit Dusche. Geheizt wird mit Deckenheizung, es ist also immer muckelig warm. In der Wohnung wohnen noch 2 andere Parteien, eine lockerer als die nächste!
Im Mietpreis inbegriffen sind Nutzung des W-Lans, der Möbel (Schränke, Regal, Tisch, Bett, Auszieh-/Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch), Ofen, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie allerhand Krempel wie Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Bettzeug usw. Ihr braucht also quasi gar nichts haben. ;)
Falls ich nicht direkt zurueck schreibe- seid mir nicht boese. Ich bin momentan noch in Portugal und habe nicht immer Internet.
Die Wohnung verfügt über super Anbindungen u.a. in die Stadt. 3 min. Fußweg entfernt fährt ein Bus (Haltestelle Groß-Barop), und in 10 min. entfernt eine S-bahn (Dortmund Universität-S) mit der man in 7min. in der Stadt ist. Falls du vor hast an der TU zu studieren bist du natürlich dementsprechend auch da in 10 min.
Die Bilder usw. an der Wand kann ich natürlich noch abnehmen, dann kannst du es dir selbst heimisch machen.
Du selbst solltest im Optimal-fall deutsch oder englisch sprechen und, ich zitiere meine Vermieterin, 'trinkfest sein'. (kleiner Scherz am Rande ;) )
