Da ich bald mit meinem Studium fertig bin, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein Apartment mit eigenem Bad (mit Dusche), kleiner Kochnische und Balkon. Im Keller stehen Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Mitbenutzung bereit. Bei Bedarf kann zusätzlich ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage angemietet werden. Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich Studierende und Uni-Beschäftigte.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum Campus Süd. In etwa 3 Minuten ist die H-Bahn Haltestelle Eichlinghofen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis zum Dortmunder Hauptbahnhof braucht man ca. 15 Minuten mit H-Bahn und S-Bahn. Ein Supermarkt (REWE) befindet sich ebenfalls in direkter Nähe (5 Min).
Gerne würde ich Teile der vorhandenen Einrichtung (z.B. Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Staubsauger, ...) in der Wohnung lassen. Bei Interesse können diese abgekauft werden (Preis VB).
