Ich ziehe aus meiner schönen Wohnung aus. Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und große Fenster, so dass der Raum sehr hell ist. Es gibt eine teilweise möblierte Küche und ein komplett ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Ich würde gerne einige meiner Möbel an den Nachmieter verkaufen, z.B. eine Waschmaschine, einen Arbeitstisch, einen Stuhl usw. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen (ziemlich großen) Keller.

I am moving out of my lovely apartment. The apartment has high ceilings and big windows making the room very bright. There is a partly furnished kitchen and a completely fitted bathroom. I would like to sell some of my furniture to the next tenant including a washing machine, study table, chair etc. The flat has its own (rather big) cellar.
