Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine schöne Altbauwohnung.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Flur, einem Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, einer großen Küche mit Zugang zum Balkon und einem Badezimmer.
Küche, Flur und Bad sind weiß gefliest, im Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer befindet sich Dielenboden. Auf dem Balkon wäre durchaus Platz wir einen kleinen Grill, einen Tisch und Stühle.
Supermärkte, Imbisse, Burgerking und Kioske liegen in der unmittelbaren Nähe und zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Brunnenstraße braucht man zu Fuß ca. 2-3 Minuten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Statdzentrum, eine U-Bahnfahrt zur Reinoldikirche dauert 2 Minuten.
