Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter für meine Wohnung, da ich Ende März Deutschland verlassen werde.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt und sehr ruhig gelegen (5-10 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof oder Innenstadt) und bietet alles was man braucht:
Eine kleine Küche (mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle), ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein helles Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Ich werde einen Teil der Möbel (z.B. Küche inkl. Mikrowelle, Sofa, Regal, Teller/Besteck, Lampen, Teppich und Jalousien) in der Wohnung lassen. Da alles in einem sehr guten Zustand ist möchte ich dafür eine Abstandszahlung von 350 €.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Der Westpark ist direkt um die Ecke.
