Der Herd kann von der Vormieterin gegen geringes Entgelt übernommen werden, ansonsten wird die Wohnung bis auf die Küchenspüle und -regale unmöbliert vermietet.

The 1-room apartment in the attic right is functional cut. A small hallway connects the spacious living room / bedroom with the shower room / WC and the kitchen, in which there is enough space to eat. In all apartments Internet access is possible via a common Ethernet LAN. Sat TV and telephone connection are also available. The stove can be taken over by the previous tenant for a small fee, otherwise the apartment is rented unfurnished except for the kitchen sink and shelves.

Die Betriebskostenabrechnung (Wasseruhren und elektronische Wärmezähler) erfolgt jährlich nachträglich. Der Energieverbrauchskennwert beträgt 178 kWh/(m²*a). Die Selbstkosten des gemeinsamen Internetanschlusses werden mit den Betriebskosten umgelegt. Zusätzlich fallen für Sie noch Stromkosten an (eigener Zähler und Vertrag).
