Ich bin Student und bin auf der Suche nach einer 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ab 11.08. die Wohnung-Größe ist mir relativ egal.
Über den Preis hab ich mir ehrlich gesagt noch nicht allzu viele Gedanken gemacht, da ich den dortmunder Wohnungsmarkt nicht so kenne. Aber ich hab mir so maximal 300 € pro Monat vorgestellt.
Natürlich könnt ihr euch auch gerne melden wenn eure Wohnung ein wenig teurer ist
