Ich bin Studentin und suche eine Wohnung mit Küche in der Dortmunder Innenstadt (Nord, West oder Ost) oder in Hombruch. Warmmiete max. 300€. Es kann ruhig eine offene Küche im Zimmer sein. Kein Nachtspeicherofen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (wenn möglich zur Uni).
