Room in Dortmund for a temporary rent!

I'm renting out my room in Dortmund for a temporary stay (one month -maybe 2-) and it will be available starting from the 24th of March.
It is a nice lighted room with a private toilet and balcony, ca. 15 meters square (look at the photo), with furniture. It is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. However, it is only suitable for 1 person (no couples) and not a party place.
Price is only 250 euro per month.
Heating, water, electricity and internet are included.
U49 Hacheney U-bahn station is only 5 mins walk and it connects to city Centre and Dortmund main train station within 10 minutes.
