Ich suche ein nachmieter für diese gemütliche 1 zimmer wohnung in Dossenheim. Aufgrund von Job wechsel muss ich weg ziehen.
Ich wohne fast 1 jahr hier und habe mich immer wohl gefühlt.
Das Bad wurde neu renoviert. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse richtung Sonnenuntergang. Wasser und Tiefgaragen stellplatz (sollten Sie den stellplatz wollen) ist inklusive in die Miete. Sie müssen nur ein eigenen Strom anbieter suchen.
Insgesamt sind es 27 quadrat meter, man kann alles relativ gut einrichten und stellen und es reicht um eine kleine wohnzimmer aufzubauen.
Die Wohung ist direkt gegenüber von der Jet Tankstelle, Kaufland, DM, Apotheke, Autowasch anlage und Fressnapf. Die bahn haltestelle ist ca. 3 min zu fuß entfernt. Es dauert 15 min mit der Bahn bis Sie in Heidelberg Zentral wären.
Ca. 10 min zu fuß ist die Sparkasse, Volksbank, Rathaus und Bäckerei.
Ich würde mich gerne auf Anfragen freuen. Ich bin relativ flexibil.
