It is a beautiful apartment on the 16th floor with waterfall right below the building. All the amenities like medical, grocery stores and bakery are just below the building. Along with this, you can find amazing Döner shop and Mexican and Italian restaurant in the vicinity. For a quick run or a walk, you can visit the grosser garden which is just at walking distance on 10-15 mins.
Great connectivity to the main city area, in just 12 mins to Postplatz and Prager Str. Neighbors are all quite silent.
All the amenities are in the impartment you just need to move in with your bags!!!
