• In less than 5 minutes on foot you can walk along the banks of the Elba river or through the Elba park.
• You can reach the historical center of Dresden in 20 minutes by tram.
• Within 10 minutes on foot you can also reach ALDI, Netto, Simmel and Rossmann.
Way cheaper than if you booked only for short term as my contract was for one year. You can even choose to prolongate your stay in September if you want to stay more. It's perfect if you arrive in Dresden around June/July with all the furnitures and all the cost included. It's just ready for you to start living in.
