ich möchte meine möblierte Wohnung für den Monat März und evntl. auch noch für April vermieten und freue mich auf eine ordentliche, saubere Person (bevorzugt weiblich) die sich in der Innenstadt wohl fühlt.
Die Wohnung ist ein Rückzugsort und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnblock sehr zentral Nähe Berliner Allee. Man kann innerhalb von 10 Minuten alles wichtige erreichen, HBF ist ca. 7 bis 8 Minuten entfernt, die Altstadt kann man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen, Nachtresidenz ist direkt um die Ecke für Leute die gerne feiern gehen.
Es gibt einen Laubengang über die man die Wohnung erreicht und der wie ein großer Balkon sehr einladend zum entspannen ist.
Waschmaschine ist vorhanden
WLAN/ Internet ist im Preis innbegriffen.
Nachbarn sind top und auch immer da wenn man was braucht.

I want to rent my flat from March 22 on for at least 2 month, max 6 month (maybe we can prolong the periode eventually)
I am looking forward to a person (prefered female) who feels comfortable in the City Center and maintains everything clean.
The flat is a place to relaxe, so we would prefere you to not party there because it is rather a quite place.
Never the less the location is perfect to go out. You can reach Altstadt within 15 mins by foot, HBF is 7 to 8 mins away. Everything is very central.
You reach the flat going through a wide floor on the outside wich can be used as a cofortable balcony every time.
Washing machine is available.
Internet is included in the price.
Neighbours are very nice and always there if you need them.
