I will move abroad so I would love to introduce a new tenant to my current landlord. The only condition is that the new tenant is willing to take over the current furniture in my place. You can simply move in with your essentials only and start living in your new home right from the 1st day. Please contact me only if you accept the condition.

This single apartment is available from March 2023 (move-in date is flexible). You will sign contract directly with the landlord via my introduction.

Small (35 sqm) but comfy apartment in Pempelfort (40477 Duesseldorf). Most of my neighbors are young, friendly, respectful professionals (only 4 flats each floor)

Location: Perfect location in terms of public transport and shopping. Transport options are 1-5 minutes by foot (tram 707, 705, 701, Ubahn U79, Bus 721,…). Groceries, restaurants and bars are just right around the corner (1-5 mins by foot) (Edeka, Aldi, REWE, dm, Rossmann, Woolworth, etc.). Despite the well-surrounded location, the apartment looks out on a quiet street. It takes 12mins by tram from the nearest tram stop to Dusseldorf Hauptbahnhof.

Price:
- Warm price: 661EUR (you might expect a bit higher due to new contract, but not much)
- Extra (electricity & internet): 120 EUR. This is not a fixed cost. It's up to your decision on providers and supply options. Within 5mins walk you can find Vodafone, O2, Telekom stores :)

Furniture sales: 1200 EUR for all furniture in the apartment (as you can see in the photos). I prefer selling all as one package but open for negotiation. Big items include:
- 2 big wardrobes (3 doors each, one with large mirror)
- 1 big bed + mattress (1.6x2m)
- 1 small side-bed chest (2 drawers)
- 1 large working desk (1.5x0.8m)
- 1 office chair
- 1 bookshelf
- 1 big chest (4 drawers)
- 1 dining table (1.2x0.6m) + 4 chairs
- 1 washing machine (7kg)
- 1 large kitchen table with carbinets (2x0.8m)
- 1 oven (40l, 3 shelves)
- 1 medium kitchen cabinet (2 doors)
- Curtains (2 layers)
- Lamps (2) and celing lights (3)
- 1 vacumm cleaner
- Clothes racks
- 1 shoe rack

Most of them are IKEA branded and all in great condition with well functioning. Price can be negotiable but I prefer selling all or at least all big items (wardrobes, bed, desks, table, washine machine,...). I can give decoration stuffs and kitchen stuffs as a welcome gift to you as well :)
