Liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
da ich vom 01.02.2016 bis Anfang März 2016 wegen eines Auslandsaufenthaltes in Asien und nicht in Düsseldorf sein werde, möchte ich gerne meine sonnige und gepflegte Einzimmerwohnung auf der Berliner Allee direkt in der Stadtmitte, 2 Min von der KÖ, zwischen vermieten. Die Wohnung ist ca. 40 m² groß, super hell und sonnig (keine Angst, es gibt Rollos, es kann also abgedunkelt werden) und verfügt über eine separate Einbauküche, ein helles gefliestes Bad mit Dusche und Handtuchheizung. Da ich danach zurück nach Düsseldorf komme, vermiete ich die Wohnung vollmöbliert. Momentan steht dir u.a. ein Bett (1.40m), ein Esstisch, eine Kommode, eine super gemütliche Couch, eine Garderobe (im Flur) und ein großer Schrank zur Verfügung. Einen Fernseher mit Empfang ist ebenfalls vorhanden :)
