Looking for 1 room in Düsseldorf ASAP

I am Japanese guy and looking for an apartment in Düsseldorf from 1.July.
The location does not matter at all if the address is Düsseldorf (e.g. not Neuss).
Kaltmiete is below 300 or Warmmiete is below 410. But please let me know the price and whether Warmmeite includes Strom and Internet.
Furnished room is better, but it is not important for me. The size is also not important.
WG is also ok, but Warmmeite is below 370 and the room size is above 18sqm.

Ich bin Student von BWL, und ich komme aus Japan. Es gibt viel Chance für Japaner in Düsseldorf. Ich bin in Deutschland seit 2014, und ich war in Leipzig und in Köln. Ja, ich glaube Düsseldorf schöner ;) Ich kann ein bisschen Deutsch sprechen, aber es wäre besser wenn wir auf Englisch über Vertrag sprechen können. Aber ich kann natürlich auf deutsch versuchen.
