Looking for single or 1.5 bedroom flat near WHU Dusseldorf Campus

Hello,
My name is Ali Akbar Khan and I will be studying for the MBA program at WHU Dusseldorf campus from 1st September 2016 to 30th September 2017. Hence, I am interested in looking for a single or 1.5 bedroom apartment. Some of my requirements are:

1) Rent per month approx Euros 600.
2) Furnished w/ internet (includes bed, living room, kitchen, heating)
3) Clean and quiet environment
4) Should be near or at Flingern Süd, Pempelfort, Friedrichstadt, Unterbilk, Düsseltal and Flingern Nord.
5) Non-Smoking
6) No pets

I would like to start living in the accommodation by 8th August 2016. But I will be in Dusseldorf from 25th to 28th July. Also, it would be important that the room has a good desk for me to work on.
