WHU MBA student in Dusseldorf and coming from Malaysia.

Good paymaster. Not a big space user. Clean. Non smoking. Introvert and avoids party. Looking for a fully furnished flat “warmmiete” which includes maintenances, heating, electricity, water, cleaning, laundry services, wifi and furnitures. I am planning for a stay of at least one year starting by the end of August 2019 or early September 2019. Easy to adapt. Currently living well with AirBnB host near Flingern Nord. Learning German language and trying to integrate to the culture. My apartment budget would ideally be below €500 “warmmiete” however I can consider a little bit more if the square footage is bigger, facilities are better and the location is reasonable which is within 20-30 minutes walking distance or commuting distance to my university in WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Erkrather Strasse. Of course, I appreciate honest services from owners or agents to help me with my first time process of moving to Dusseldorf.
