Nicht groß, aber genügend für Studenten.
Kostet 206 € monatlich (warm mit Internet)
18 m2, möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Einbauküche, Deckenleuchte). Zusatzlich habe ich noch Liegestuhl, Klimaanlage, und meine andere Ausstattung (Leinwandbild Dekor und Tischsprecher)
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es im Gemeinschaftsraum ein Backofen und ein Fernseher, auch Waschmaschinen und Trockner in Wäscherei. Im Innenhof gibt es ein überdachter Fahrradstellplatz, mein Fahrrad steht auch zu deiner Verfügung.
Meine Wohnung ist im Studentenwohnheim Edith Stein und liegt in der Nähe von dem Altstadtzentrum, dem Rathaus, und dem International Office der Universität. Zahlreiche Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Backerei, Supermarkt, Metzgerei, Restaurants usw.) Die Universität (10 min) und Eichstätt-Stadt Bahnhof (5 min) sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar.
Mein Zimmer ist im 4. Stock, und Fenster in der Richtung Innenhof.
Die Wohnung ist für Studenten der KU (natürlich auch Erasmus- & Austauschstudenten für Kurzzeitaufenthalt).
Das Zimmer ist frei rund um 23. September, 2016, früher oder später Einzug ist auch möglich nach Vereinbarung.
