Die Wohnung ist ca. 30 m² groß und kostet 280 € warm inkl. Internet.
Es gibt 2 sehr schöne, große Zimmer die durch einen Durchbruch voneinander getrennt sind, eine kleine Küche und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Fußbodenheizung.
Der große Vorteil: die Wohnung ist komplett und sehr schön möbliert und auch schon komplett eingerichtet, mit Geschirr, Staubsauger, Töpfen und allem drum und dran! Eine Waschmaschine kann im Keller mitbenutzt werden.
Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
Die Wohnung liegt in Landershofen, also leider nicht ganz zentral in Eichstätt. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man aber nur 12 Minuten zur Uni, und es gibt mehrere sehr schöne Fahrradwege in die Stadt. Außerdem fährt auch ein Bus in die Stadt. Mit dem Auto geht's natürlich noch schneller, vor dem Haus ist auch ein Stellplatz vorhanden. Ein großer Vorteil der LAge ist, dass die Wohnung sehr schön ruhig liegt!
