Hallo, Leute.
Wegen Erasmus muss ich für ein Semester (1 August bis 31 Januar) ausziehen und deshalb suche ich an einem Zwischemieter/in für diesen Zeitraum. Das Zimmer ist in Heilig-Geist-Spital in Eichstätt (Bahnhofplatz 3) am ersten Stock.
Miete ist 200€ (warm) + Kaution:200 €.
Das Zimmer ist voll mobliert (Bett, Sofa dass man auch als Bett benutzen kann, Kühlschrank, Schreibtisch, Stühle, Waschbecken, Schrank, Bücherregal, Schubladen, kleine Schrank ).
Küche und Badezimmer muss man mit andere Leute teilen.
Rauchen ist auch im Zimmer erlaubt.
Platz für Fahrrad gibt es auch (draußen und innerhalb des Gebäudes). Waschmaschine gibt es auch.
Das Zimmer hat 3 große Fenster und zwei kleinere.

Bahnhof und Bäckerei sind direkt in der Nähe (1 Minute zu Fuß) und Edeka auch (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Marktplatz ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß und Uni ist so 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.
