2. I (Mr. Zhang) is a visiting scholar to the Catholic University;
3. We'd like to have a double-size bed in the room;
4. We'd like to have a desk for meal and reading;
5. We'd like to have a kitchen with basic facilities;
6. We'd like to have a (shared) washmaschine;
7. We'd like to have an exclusive toilet/bathroom;
