Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Sie besteht aus einem großem Raum und einem geräumigen Badezimmer. Eine Kochnische mit zwei Herdplatten ist auch vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung circa 20 qm² groß. Sie wird möbliert vermietet, sodass du nur noch einziehen brauchst.
Zwei große Fenster und eine Terasse, um die Sonne zu genießen, sind das Highlight der Wohnung.
Die Uni erreichst du zu Fuß in etwa 10 min. Mit dem Rad brauchst du etwa 5 min.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch ein Supermarkt zum Einkaufen. Außerdem brauchst du nicht lange ins Stadtzentrum, zur Theke oder zum Gutmann.
Aktuelle zahle ich noch 220€ Kaltmiete, wobei sich der Preis noch ändern wird. Der Strom ist nicht in der Miete mit inbegriffen. Allerdings habe ich nie mehr als 100€ im Jahr gezahlt.
Einzugstermin ist der 1.05.2017. Eventuell und nach Absprache mit der Vermieterin ist auch schon ein früherer Zeitpunkt möglich.
