Hallo!
Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/-in für mein 1-Zimmer Apartment im Freiwasser-Wohnheim.
Die Wohnung wird zum 01.04.2019 (evtl. 15.03.2019) frei und kostet 266 € warm.
Wlan teile ich mit zwei anderen und kann gerne für einen kleinen Betrag (10 €/Monat) mit übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, eine Küche und einen Balkon, der mit meiner Nachbarin geteilt wird. Die Wohnung ist in Haus 12 und vom Küchenfenster aus hat man keinen Wohnblock mehr, sondern nur eine Wiese, was ich sehr gut finde. Meine Möbel würde ich gerne gegen eine kleine Ablöse übergeben.
Zur Uni sind es etwa 5-10 Minuten mit dem Rad oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Buslinie fährt fast direkt vor der Haustür los und man gelangt in ca. 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof bzw. in die Stadtmitte.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka und Lidl sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Falls man ein Auto hat, kann auch ein Parkplatz angemietet werden.
