Ich suche einen/eine Zwischenmieter/in , oder ein Pärchen für meine 1- Zimmer Wohnung für einen Monate (01.03.- 01.04.) , mit Schlafzimmer, WIFI, Wohnküche, voll möbliert, eigener Terasse, großem Garten, Waschmaschine und ausgestatteter Küche. Außerdem gibt es eine schöne Badewanne/Dusche!
Der Bahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (4 Gehminuten) und man ist mit dem Zug in
wenigen Minuten in Freiburg Hbf. Ich hätte gerne eine Kaution von 300,- .
Der Besichtigungstermin ist am Samstag, den 26. Februar!

I have a one bedroom apartment with a separate full kitchen, big terrace and garden, shower/bathtub, washing machine, WIFI and fully furnished that I am looking to sublet for one month ( 01.03.- 01.04.).
Emmendingen Bahnhof is only a 4 minute walk away from the apartment. It's a 15 minute trainride from Emmendingen to Freiburg central station. Safety Deposit for the apartment is 300 euros.
The appointment for view is on Saturday, February 26th!

Der Emmendinger Bahnhof ist nur drei Gehminuten von meiner Wohnung entfernt.
Nach Freiburg braucht man 10-15 Minuten mit dem Zug.
Es gibt eine private Terrasse sowie einen großen Garten, der mit anderen Mietern im Gebäude geteilt wird.
Die Altstadt von Emmendingen ist nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt.
Lebensmittelgeschäft eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt.
