Hallo ihr lieben Wohnungssuchenden da draußen,
ich suche ab 1. 10. 13 einen netten Nachmieter für meine feine 1 Zimmerwohnung in Erlangen. Die 23 m2 mit Bad (WC /Dusche) sind L- förmig angeordnet und es gibt sehr hohe Decken. Dadurch hat man viel Stellplatz und sie wirkt viel größer als sie ist. Möbel können von mir natürlich gerne, falls gewollt übernommen werden. Der vorteil ist, dass ein Hochbett von mir da ist, dass Platztechnisch viel Raum gibt.

Die Wohnung hat eine TOP Lage: Sie befindet sich in der Nähe vom E Werk, dem Kanapee und ist gerade mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Außerdem ist sie durch ihre Uni Nähe - dahin sind es gerade einmal 5 min. - vor allem für Studenten super geeignet.
Der Preis ist für die Lage zudem sehr fair: zur Zeit beträgt die Warmmiete 299 Euro pro Monat. Die Kaution muss mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden, der aber sehr nett ist. Ich selbst habe 2 Warmmieten bezahlt. Das Beste an der Wohnung ist, dass sie profisionsfrei ist!
