1-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Untermiete

Ich biete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Ludwig-Erhard-Wohnheim im Rötelheimpark, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 5, vom 1. April, bis zum 31. August zur Untermiete an.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 m^2 groß. Im Zimmer befinden sich eine eigene Küchenzeile mit zwei Herdplatten, einem Kühlschrank und ein eigenes Bad. Das Zimmer beinhaltet außerdem ein Bett mit Matratze, einen Schreibtisch, einen großen Einbauschrank, sowie ein kleines Regal.

Allen Bewohnern des Wohnheims ist es außerdem möglich die Gemeinschaftsräume mit Einbauküchen (mit großem Kochfeld und Ofen) zu nutzen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern (1 € pro Wäsche) und Parkplätze für die Bewohner des Wohnheims, sowie einen abschließbaren Fahrradkäfig.

Nebenkosten fallen keine an. Strom, Wasser, sowie ein gut funktionierendes WLAN und LAN sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen.

I offer my single room for sub tenancy from 1st of April until the 31st of August. It is located in Rötelheimpark (Erlangen-East) in the Ludwig-Erhard-Dormitory in the Ludwig-Erhard street 5.

The room is about 22 square meters big. In the room a kitchen with two cooking plates, a fridge and an own bathroom is available. A bed, with a mattress, a desk and a big and a small storage shelve are included.

All residents have access to three common rooms, wich contain bigger kitchens with a big stove and an oven. In the dormitory one also has access to the laundry rooms where one can wash and dry their clothes for 1 € each. There are also parking lots available for the residents, as well as a lockable bike cage.

There are no additional costs. Electricity, water, as well as a well functioning WLAN and LAN are included in the renting price.
