Hi! I am renting my apartment for about 1.5 months from February 14 to March 24 (the dates may be flexible - just ask!). It is a fully furnished apartment in a studentenwohnheim. There is a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a small kitchen with a stove and fridge. There is a single bed, desk, table to eat at, and 2 chairs. Check the pictures for more details. The cost for 1 month is 230 euros (warm) and the deposit is 330 euros.

Hi, ich vermiete mein 1-Zimmer-Apartment von Mitte Februar bis ca. 24. März zur Zwischenmiete.(Das genaue Datum können wir noch vereinbaren). Das Apartment ist komplett möbliert welches in einem Studentenwohnheim ist. Die Wohnung hat ein kleines eigenes Bad, und eine Kochnische, mit 2 Herdplatten, einem Kühlschrank und einem Waschbecken. Desweiteren gibt es ein Einzelbett(90cm), einen Schreibtisch, Esstisch und 2 Stühle. Schau dir einfach die Bilder an;) Die Miete für einen Monat beträgt 230€ warm. Die Kaution ist 330€

The Wohnheim is right by the tech faculty in Erlangen sud. There is a bus stop a 1 minute walk outside the wohnheim that can take you to the city center in 10 minutes or if you have a bicycle you can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes (depending how fast you ride). There is a bakery, apotheke, small grocery store, and drink market a 2 minutes bike ride from the wohnheim.
Das Wohnheim ist direkt bei der technischen Fakultät in Erlangen Süd. ca 1min vom Wohnheim ist eine Bushaltestelle, von wo ihr mit einem Bus in gut 10 Minuten in der Stadt seid, falls du ein Fahrrad hast ist die Innenstadt auch schnell damit zu erreichen.

There are washing machines and dryers in the wohnheim which cost 80 cents per load.
Please bring your own bed sheets and towels. Other than that the kitchen has everything you need.
!!Du musst eingeschriebener Student von der FAU sein um das Apartment mieten zu können!!
Desweiteren hat das Wohnheim mehrere Waschmaschinen und Trockner, welche pro Wäsche 80 cent kosten.
Bitte bring eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit. Sonst sollte alles da sein!
