It is a studio apartment located at the center of the city. I am the old tenant and am moving from Erlangen hence looking for a tenant. The apartment can be rented for a long term and city registration is possible.
Now coming to the apartment. It is on the 2nd Floor and is of 20 m². Rent is 600€/month with electricity. Radio tax and wifi is not included. Deposit is 1800€. The room is well decorated and is fully furnished. We were two students sharing the room and ideally it would be ideal for students. The room didnt come with a study table and a chair hence we bought a pair of tables and chairs which can be transferred to the new tenants for a price (it is negotiable). Online viewing is also possible.
Location is at the center of Erlangen. It takes around 1min by foot to reach the Martin Luther Platz bus stop. Kaufland in Altstadtmarkt takes 7mins by foot and 3mins by bus. Erlangen Bahnhof can be reached via foot in 10mins and by bus in 5mins. The location is really vibrant and is easily accessible.
